01Fees & cover

Every price, before you book.

Pain care should not come with an unopened invoice at the end of it. Our fees are published here, and confirmed to you in writing before anything is scheduled.

Our commitment

  • A written estimate before any procedure is booked
  • No fee for a treatment we have advised against
  • Insurer invoiced directly where your policy allows
  • 24 hours' notice to cancel, free of charge

How people pay

Three routes, and we will tell you honestly which is simplest for your situation.

Private medical insurance

We are recognised by the major insurers. Obtain pre-authorisation before your appointment and bring the authorisation number — we invoice your insurer directly wherever the policy allows.

Self-funding

No insurance is needed to be seen. You receive a written estimate before booking, and pay on the day by card or bank transfer.

Work-related and medico-legal

Employer-funded and medico-legal assessments are quoted individually, as the reporting requirements differ from clinical care.
