01What we treat

Three areas, treated at the source

Most people arrive after months of being passed along. The first job is to name the problem precisely; the second is to treat that, and nothing else.

01

Back & neck

Disc pain, sciatica and cervical strain — traced to the structure causing it, then treated at that level rather than masked.

02

Joint

Knee, hip and shoulder pain — restoring load tolerance and function long before surgery needs to be discussed.

03

Nerve & persistent

Radiating, burning or long-standing pain, mapped carefully and managed with a plan you can actually follow.

02How care works

Assess, treat, rehabilitate

Every plan follows the same three movements. You are told at each point what happens next, how long it takes, and what would make us change course.

0145–60 minutes

Assess

A full history, examination and review of any imaging you already have. We name what is driving the pain, and say plainly when the picture is not yet clear.

Includes

  • History & examination
  • Imaging reviewed with you
  • Written summary to your GP
02Same week where possible

Treat

Targeted treatment matched to the diagnosis — an image-guided injection, a medication change, physiotherapy, or a combination staged over weeks.

Includes

  • Image-guided injection
  • Medication review
  • Allied health referral
036–12 weeks of follow-up

Rehabilitate

The part most often skipped. We rebuild capacity week by week so the relief holds, and adjust the plan when progress stalls.

Includes

  • Graded exercise plan
  • Scheduled review points
  • Discharge with a plan

No treatment is started without a reason you can repeat back to someone else. If a procedure is unlikely to help you, we will say so and tell you what will.

03Your clinician

One consultant, start to finish

You are seen, treated and reviewed by the same doctor. Nothing is handed off mid-plan.
